We prioritize accuracy, dependability, and a commitment to quality work.Bookkeeper Responsibilities:Manage daily general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records for all company transactions.Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor bill entry, invoice matching, and payment disbursements.Handle Accounts Receivable processes by invoicing clients, recording daily deposits, and tracking collections.Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure financial precision.Organize and archive financial documentation, supporting month-end closing activities for senior management.Bookkeeper Skills Required:Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (formulas and spreadsheets), and standard business software.1-2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or general accounting experience.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (Vacation & Sick Leave)Paid HolidaysCompany Overview: Work with a Staffing Firm that works for you!
