Housing Case Manager - Recuperative Care (SOLAR)

The People Concern

The People Concern in Compton, California is seeking a full-time Case Manager to serve clients experiencing homelessness. In this role, you will provide active case management, advocate for clients, and maintain documentation in compliance with agency regulations.
