Reach out to prospective candidates to showcase opportunities at MLR and assess their interest

Schedule appointments between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

Maintain engagement with leads to foster interest and guide their hiring journey

Keep precise, up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system

Earn commission based on successful meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires made through your referrals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a commission-only opportunity, focusing on performance. This means your earning potential is limitless, with no cap on your success.

Your earnings correlate directly with the tangible value you contribute:

Commission for each qualified meeting you arrange

Additional income when interviews occur stemming from your outreach

Multiples on commission from new business you generate

Extra commission when placements attributed to your lead are completed

Opportunities for further earnings based on performance metrics (e.g., retention bonuses)
