East Metro, MN $21–$24/hour Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Evaluation-to-Hire Responsibilities Review purchase orders and confirmations for accuracy Verify pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor/customer information Match invoices to purchase orders and reconcile vendor statements Communicate with sales, accounting, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues Maintain accurate records and manage open order reports Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system Follow up on outstanding confirmations and invoices Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in order processing, confirmations, accounts payable, customer service, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
