Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in school settings or working with children and young adults (ages 3–22)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with faculty, families, and student support teams

• Commitment to supporting diverse learners with varying abilities and disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with a range of needs and diagnoses
• Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Maintain thorough documentation and meet compliance standards according to best school and state practices
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other service providers to ensure holistic support across educational environments
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed, responding to evolving staff coverage and caseload demands
