Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health and substance use challenges, followed by regular evaluations to monitor progress.
\n
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in coordination with clients, ensuring measurable goals are met to enhance their recovery journey.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and collaborate with peers in forming coherent, consistent care strategies for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. This population often requires sensitive and tailored support strategies to address their unique challenges. You will engage with a diverse array of clients, tailoring your therapeutic approach to fit their cultural backgrounds, life experiences, and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proof of active license status without any probation or suspension.
\n
• Commitment to adhering to pre-employment conditions, including screening for tuberculosis, background checks, drug screening, and reference verification.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring disorder cases.

• Knowledge of telehealth practices, including proficiency with digital communication tools and client management systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
