Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of clients' well-being are addressed.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
