Salary: $300,000 - $500,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking experienced lateral partners across a variety of practice areas to join its growing New Jersey platform. The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with an established, portable $500K+ book of business who are looking for a platform that can support continued client development and long-term practice growth. Candidates from a range of legal specialties are encouraged to explore the opportunity, provided their practice aligns with the firm's existing capabilities and client base. Why join us? We offer lateral partners compensation commensurate with their experience, practice, and expected contribution. Two years of guaranteed compensation for new lateral partners Initial guaranteed compensation is determined based on the candidate's experience and practice Partner compensation is reviewed annually by the firm's Compensation Committee Annual compensation is based on individual performance and overall contribution to the firm Partners receive biweekly draws throughout the year When the annual compensation awarded exceeds the partner's draws, the difference is paid through additional distributions 15% origination compensation within the firm's partner compensation structure Significant upside for partners who continue to grow their book and contribute to the firm's overall success Job Details Why Consider?
