This role operates onsite, where you will work directly with patients in their homes as well as at our facility, providing personalized care plans designed to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients suffering from orthopedic conditions, assessing their needs and goals through physical examinations and patient interviews.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on evaluation results that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized modalities to ensure optimal recovery.
• Utilize advanced technology and therapeutic tools, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to enhance rehabilitation protocols.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring each patient is on track to meet their individualized recovery goals.
• Provide education to patients and their families about injury prevention, effective rehabilitation techniques, and appropriate home exercise programs to promote sustained health and wellness.
• Work closely with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate care strategies and share patient information, contributing to a holistic patient care approach.
• Maintain meticulous patient documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring all records are current and accurate to support optimal treatment continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients dealing with a variety of orthopedic injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, acute injuries, chronic disorders, and sports-related conditions. Serving a mixed demographic, you will encounter individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique rehabilitation needs, creating an enriching environment for both personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution, with preference for candidates holding a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic or related settings, showcasing proficiency in evaluation and treatment.
• Demonstrated ability in orthopedic assessment and a solid foundation in treatment methodologies suitable for various patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 – 130,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
