LHH is partnering with a growing company near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Review, verify, and match invoices to supporting documentation
• Research and resolve vendor payment discrepancies
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries
• Support the accounting team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous accounting or office experience is a plus, but not required
