Senior Executive Personal Assistant

Senior Executive Personal Assistant Location: San Anselmo, CA | 1 day onsite, 4 days remote. Salary: $175,000. Hours: Full-time. Overview We are partnering with a private family office to identify a polished and highly adaptable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a UHNW principal. This role requires the ability to manage both personal and professional priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and strategic time management across multiple priorities and time zones. Coordinate personal and professional appointments, meetings, and commitments. Anticipate needs and proactively manage day‑to‑day logistics for the principal. Prepare meeting materials, itineraries, briefing documents, and follow‑up communications. Handle end‑to‑end domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, dining, and itineraries. Serve as a point of contact during travel and assist with real‑time changes. Maintain detailed travel preferences and records. Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the principal with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate with vendors, household staff, service providers, and external partners. Assist with maintaining important personal and professional relationships. Assist with special projects, research, event coordination, and ad hoc administrative needs. Support operational organization and implement systems and processes as needed. Coordinate across multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Qualifications Prior experience supporting a UHNW individual, executive, or family office environment is strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast‑moving environment with changing priorities. Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and modern productivity tools. Self‑starter with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Comfortable balancing both executive and personal assistant responsibilities.
