Quality & Environmental Manager (eu3-1960-694655) Bradford, England Salary: GBP45,000 per annum + Negotiable DOE We are looking for a Quality & Environmental Manager to join our manufacturing client's dynamic team in a permanent role, paying IRO £45,000 per annum. What You'll Be Doing Leading the Charge : Overseeing quality and environmental systems (ISO 9001 & 14001) to ensure continuous improvement and compliance. Customer Engagement : Acting as a trusted point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and external audits. Driving Change : Managing or contributing to projects that improve processes, enhance performance, and reduce carbon usage. Team Leadership : Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve exceptional results. Process Innovation : Updating SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating across departments to ensure operational excellence. Problem Solving : Investigating non-conformances and implementing effective corrective action plans. Sustainability Focus : Supporting the business in achieving environmental goals. What We're Looking For Experience : 3-5 years of managing and improving quality and environmental systems. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and (ideally) ISO 45001. Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), exceptional communication, and people management skills. Expertise : Experience in glass processing or manufacturing (preferred but not essential). Bonus Skills : Knowledge of Jotika G Track glass processing software or Six Sigma certification.
