These roles may support agencies requiring desktop support, field services, service desk operations, device lifecycle management, and IT service delivery support.This posting is for pipeline and contingent opportunities. Qualified candidates will be contacted as project needs arise.## Responsibilities* Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 end-user technical support* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues* Support Windows-based enterprise environments* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices* Support Active Directory user account management* Document incidents and service requests within ticketing systems* Perform device imaging and deployment* Support IT asset inventory and lifecycle management* Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance* Deliver professional customer service within structured IT environments## Requirements* 2+ years of enterprise IT support experience* Experience supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 environments* Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)* Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)* Ability to work onsite within Texas if required* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Authorized to work in the United States## Preferred Qualifications* CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification* ITIL Foundation certification* Experience supporting public sector or large enterprise environments* Experience with device imaging tools (SCCM, Intune, MDT)* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Lozort Federal LLC
