Job Details Date Posted: 2026-04-09 Location: 6363 S Country Club, BLDG M208, Ste 121, Tucson, AZ Role Type: Hybrid Citizenship Required: U.S. Citizen Responsibilities Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, complying with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field and less than 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree). Approximately 6 months of experience in a setting requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions. Ability to produce and modify Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. Salary Range USD 57,200 – USD 108,800 Location / Work Arrangement Hybrid role: Must reside near an RTX hub in Cedar Rapids, IA; Dallas, TX; Tucson, AZ; or Hartford, CT.
