(Hybrid - work from client office every alternate week (all five days))Overall Experience: 10+ YearsEmployment Type: Contract / Full-TimeRole SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst with deep Credit Cards domain expertise to drive the delivery of our digital card products. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex card-lifecycle requirements into actionable technical specifications. Your core focus will span across originations, card issuance, payments, and risk management systems.Day to Day job Duties:Requirement Elicitation: Gather and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements for credit card systems.Product Lifecycle Mapping: Define workflows for core card processes, including acquisition, credit scoring, underwriting, onboarding, and activation.Transaction Management: Map and optimize transaction processing flows, clearings, settlements, and dispute/chargeback management.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Product Managers, Credit Risk teams, Compliance, and Software Engineering.Agile Documentation: Author high-quality Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process map diagrams in Jira and Confluence.UAT Leadership: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, create test scenarios, and coordinate business sign-offs.Basic Qualifications:6+ years’ experience in end-to-end credit card lifecycle and payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).4+ years’ experience in working with one of the core card processing systems (e.g., TSYS, First Data/Fiserv, VisionPLUS, or modern cloud alternatives).6+ years’ experience in credit card regulations, including PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, and lending compliance frameworks.5+ years’ experience in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.Nice to have:Familiarity with loyalty, rewards, and co-branded card program management.Basic understanding of APIs and microservices architecture used in modern fintech banking.Data & SQL: Proficiency in writing SQL queries to analyze customer transaction data and generate business insights.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
