Key Responsibilities\n

• Guide clients through the complexities of physical and behavioral health care systems to facilitate integrated care.

• Proactively educate clients about available resources and services that promote disease prevention, wellness, and healthy living.

• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Employ various evidence-based screening tools to assess clients' health care needs and effectively report findings to relevant stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Nature's Rhythm Psychiatric Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health disorders. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approach to fit the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each client, ensuring respectful and effective treatment engagements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• A minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
