Corporate Account Director - Pacific Northwest

Ipsen seeks a Corporate Account Director for the Pacific Northwest region to lead strategic execution of its oncology, rare disease, and neuroscience portfolio across key hospital systems, IDNs, GPOs, and federal accounts. The role involves managing executive-level relationships, coordinating cross-functional resources, and driving volume growth and market access.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Ipsen portfolio resources across clinical, economic, access, and educational support at key target accounts
- Establish and manage relationships with pharmacy leaders, C-suite executives, and key decision makers across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans to drive volume growth, market share, and profitability
- Lead cross-functional account teams regionally and nationally to ensure alignment with access objectives
- Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts with hospitals and healthcare organizations to maximize profitable access
Requirements
- Experience managing strategic relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, or healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical access, formulary processes, and GPO dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with ability to develop and present strategic plans
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex B2B partnerships
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and commercial guidelines
