Minimum Qualifications:

• S10/S10A essential, plus any other qualifying S-credentials (S10E, S10F, S10Q, S10W, S20D, S20V, S22)
• Associates Degree (or higher) OR 48 college units and a high school diploma OR passing CBEST or instructional aide exam plus high school diploma
• Willingness to provide personal care (toileting, diapering, feeding, G-tube, etc.)
• Team player with a flexible, positive mindset
• Some roles require additional training in first aid, CPR, emergency medication administration, or physical health care procedures (provided/funded through district)
• Bilingual skills, sign language, or experience supporting students with visual impairments is highly valued for certain assignments
