Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs, challenges, and goals, formulating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, adapting techniques to meet individual client goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring high-quality documentation for each client interaction.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, participating in regular case consultations to enhance service delivery.

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options, actively providing support and resources to enrich their coping strategies.

• Stay current with research and developments in the mental health field to continually improve therapeutic effectiveness.
