Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for incoming patients and their families to identify specific needs and goals.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Prepare detailed documentation, including treatment plans, billing information, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified timelines to maintain compliance.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to ensure clients achieve and maintain stable functioning.

• Create effective discharge plans that recognize clients' ongoing needs and community resources available to them.

• Remain informed about current federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies, to uphold the highest standards of practice.

• Engage in professional development activities to maintain licensures and enhance counseling skills through training and continuing education opportunities.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a culture of teamwork and shared knowledge.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field that fulfills licensing requirements.
