Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies tailored to client needs.

• Timely completion of all documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as part of the assessment process, collaborately working with the clinical team to monitor client progress.

• Design and implement positive behavior support plans in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Be an active participant in all licensing and accreditation preparations to ensure clinic standards are upheld.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems to enhance patient care and program effectiveness.

• Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external stakeholders to align with contract standards and advance the mission of Brightside Mental Health Clinic.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to foster collaboration and seek new partnerships.

• Pursue continuous professional development opportunities such as workshops, seminars, and representation on professional committees.

• Promote and integrate the agency’s mission, values, and principles into daily practice.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success and mission of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field is a mandatory requirement.

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) License is also required.
