Business Development Manager

Job Description This position leads Federal business development and capture efforts, with accountability for pipeline development, strategy, and revenue growth. The role partners with Federal customers, teaming partners, and internal stakeholders to qualify opportunities, develop win strategies, and support proposal execution. Success is driven by strong market insight, disciplined capture processes, and close collaboration with delivery teams. Compensation is based on experience with bonus structure ranging from $100K–$150K.
