Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a client base that includes individuals and families seeking assistance with mental health challenges. Our clients are typically screened for stability, allowing you to focus on providing effective treatment without dealing with crisis-level situations. You will have the opportunity to specify your ideal demographic clients within the initial 30 days of joining, ensuring that you work with individuals whose needs align with your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on your record.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload with creativity and flexibility.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually for full-time therapists, complemented by comprehensive healthcare benefits. In addition to a robust salary, you will also receive a substantial sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Our patient self-pay system simplifies your workload, eliminating the need for extensive reporting to funding sources and ensuring minimal paperwork.
