Experience & Capabilities Proven track record of leading businesses with annual revenues exceeding $800M, with full P&L responsibility and accountability for commercial strategy, financial performance, and operational execution. Proven commercial leader with a track record of driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and optimizing dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks. Extensive leadership experience in the U.S. market, with a deep understanding of its commercial landscape, customer dynamics, and competitive environment. Demonstrated success leading business transformation, organizational change, and operational excellence, supported by strong financial and execution capabilities. Experience leading large, matrixed, cross‑functional organizations and building high‑performing teams with a strong focus on leadership development.
