HRIS Benefits Analyst — PeopleSoft Data & Compliance
University Health
University Health is seeking an HRIS Benefits Analyst to design, test, and maintain HRIS systems supporting benefits administration. The role requires building queries in PeopleSoft, validating data for vendor files, and running both PeopleSoft and SQL reports to support HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of experience with insurance benefits, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA, along with strong PC and Excel skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr University Health
