This role is responsible for assisting contractors, plumbers, and walk-in customers with product selection, order processing, and exceptional customer service. Requirements Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner Provide product recommendations and technical support for plumbing supplies and fixtures Process sales orders, quotes, returns, and payments accurately Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and trade professionals Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Keep the sales counter and showroom organized and presentable Stay informed about product knowledge, pricing, and promotions Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in plumbing or plumbing supply industry. Knowledge of plumbing products, fittings, fixtures, valves, and tools Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Forklift certification is a plus (if applicable) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
