Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services. This role supports school-aged children and is based in Hyattsville, MD, requiring full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy via telepractice to students across various grade levels, including elementary and middle school.
• Manage caseloads ranging from approximately 40 to 57 students as the school year progresses.
• Collaborate with supervisors to tailor assignments based on individual skill sets and geographic location.
• Maintain compliance with all state licensure and credentialing requirements, including background checks.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Maryland.
• Minimum of three years post-COVID virtual school-based experience, with two of those years occurring within the past five years.
• Strong proficiency in teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours and manage a full-time schedule of approximately 35 hours per week.
