Job Summary:
This role involves acting as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions, specifically within the Smartsheet platform. - Gather and document business requirements for Smartsheet solutions.
- Design and map business processes within Smartsheet.
- Develop user stories for development teams.
- Manage and resolve ITSM tickets related to Smartsheet.
- Provide end-user training and support for Smartsheet applications.
- Proven experience developing Smartsheet solutions.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
