Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care—addressing individual, family, and group therapy situations.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care that fully addresses client needs.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, using your clinical skills to manage acute mental health emergencies with care and precision.

• Engage in dedicated community outreach efforts to raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and enhance community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Holders of an active and independent license in California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse clientele.

• Exhibits cultural competence, with a passion for understanding and addressing the unique needs of diverse populations.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate client documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly with underserved populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, determined based on your experience and qualifications.
