Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups focusing on topics such as coping strategies, stress management, and community resources to provide additional support to clients.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients on various mental health disorders, treatment options available, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain diligent documentation of patient encounters and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
