Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing standardized screening tools to gather necessary information about clients’ mental and emotional health.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that target specific mental health symptoms and goals identified in collaboration with clients.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with both ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology; an active license in California is required (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
