Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and address various mental health conditions for both adults and adolescents, tailoring treatment plans to meet specific needs.

• Utilize secure video and phone platforms to provide teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that promote overall patient wellness.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, to track client progress and facilitate ongoing care.

• Stay updated with best practices and relevant mental health trends to continually enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on delivering care to adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. You will foster therapeutic relationships that encourage open communication and active participation in the therapeutic process, aimed at empowering clients toward recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• An active clinical license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A strong ability to establish rapport and a trusting relationship with clients.

• A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining precise documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling. Experience in providing teletherapy is highly valued, as it demonstrates adaptability and familiarity with remote care best practices. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods will be an advantage as you work to tailor interventions for our diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
