Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Establishing therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, and regularly monitoring their progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Offering teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing transportation or other challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with emerging trends and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with consist of individuals from various backgrounds experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relational challenges. Your role will be pivotal in providing them with the personalized support and guidance they need to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in delivering virtual therapy services or working in community health settings is highly preferred. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record systems will be beneficial in managing client information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
