Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments that identify the mental health and substance use challenges faced by clients, with a particular focus on co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that integrate therapeutic approaches tailored to both mental health and substance use needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions where clients can develop vital coping skills, learn relapse prevention strategies, and enhance emotional regulation techniques in a supportive environment.

• Document treatment progress, interventions, and referrals accurately in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Deep understanding of the dynamics between mental health and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
