Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, effectively supporting patients in their recovery journey with evidence-based interventions.

• Complete comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaboratively establish, review, and update initial treatment plans with patients to ensure their evolving needs are met.

• Design and implement aftercare and discharge plans that promote long-term success and stability for each client.
\n
• Deliver timely and effective counseling services, maintaining detailed documentation and tracking client progress through our electronic health record system.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisory team to enhance service delivery and foster team collaboration.

This role is primarily focused on individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders, including those with substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families, providing support tailored to their specific cultural and personal backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to client care and professional growth.

• Proficient in providing marriage and family therapy services to a diverse clientele, including children, adults, and family units.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
