Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and substance use behaviors, identifying co-occurring disorders through structured interviews and standardized screening tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific mental health and substance use needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on tools such as coping skills development, relapse prevention strategies, and techniques for emotional regulation.

• Engage in regular substance use monitoring and apply motivational interviewing techniques to motivate clients along their recovery paths.

• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that every aspect of a client's care is integrated and holistic, addressing both mental health and substance use concurrently.

• Educate clients and their families about the interconnections between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
