Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological needs of patients, taking into account their co-existing medical conditions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning sessions, contributing effectively to a team-oriented approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong foundation in the assessment and treatment of individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
