Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health and substance use issues while evaluating the presence of co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for managing co-occurring disorders, particularly Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Strong understanding of the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, enabling effective treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
