Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and follow-up evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the development and refinement of community outreach initiatives and treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support as needed, ensuring client safety at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing complex challenges related to substance abuse and accompanying mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possess a current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Oregon.

• Experience in working within a behavioral health setting focusing on substance use and mental health issues.

• Proven ability to develop rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
