Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with patients as a foundation for effective counseling.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Implement strategic interventions through one-on-one counseling sessions as well as group therapy formats, adapting approaches based on patient progress and feedback.

• Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing assessment skills to determine immediate needs and delivery of appropriate therapeutic support.

• Refer clients to other specialists as needed, ensuring seamless continuity of care and collaborating with external providers to support overall treatment objectives.

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health support for a variety of challenges. This role requires you to provide services to a diverse client population in an outpatient setting, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in accordance with state regulations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating competency in clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and patient care.

• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs), as well as general computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet management.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to provide therapy remotely is highly desirable.
