Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information regarding clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by setting clear goals and identifying appropriate interventions aligned with client needs.

• Facilitate collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the continuity and quality of care.

• Conduct group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, offering a space for peer support and shared learning.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health services, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
