Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain precise, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards, ensuring that client's progress notes and treatment plans are up to date.

• Maintain an active caseload while being open to modifying therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Journey For Healing, LLC, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our holistic approach considers the individual’s familial, social, and cultural contexts, allowing for tailored and relevant therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
