This role offers a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring you remain closely connected with your colleagues and clients. Our outpatient office provides a structured yet adaptable environment where therapists work collaboratively to adjust to the changing needs of patients. The standard work schedule spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client appointments and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring that treatment plans reflect their unique values and experiences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods to implement personalized treatment strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary based on clients' feedback and progress.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using specific interventions to foster resilience and improve well-being among clients.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver a cohesive and comprehensive care experience for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about prevalent mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decisions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
