Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to formulate effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population encompassing a wide array of cultural backgrounds and presenting concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Must currently hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Illinois, or possess eligibility for licensure in Illinois.

• Demonstrated experience engaging with and providing care for culturally diverse populations is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience working in a community mental health setting. Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
