Coordinator - Human Resources

The Role The Human Resources Coordinator provides high-level coordination and operational support to the Human Resources function, with a focus on Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) and the Access, Visibility, & Experience function. The Coordinator ensures leaders and teams operate smoothly by managing administrative functions, supporting global programs, and improving processes that drive efficiency and engagement. Key responsibilities include: Calendar Management - Manage HR Leadership team members complex calendar, travel, and meeting logistics. Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including CRG programs and global partnership sessions, ensuring materials, scheduling, and follow-ups are handled seamlessly. Program & CRG Coordination - Support the planning and execution of Colleague Resource Group initiatives and HR programs. Partner with Human Resources leaders to ensure alignment, communication, and timely delivery of key activities. Budget & Expense Management - Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and financial coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors. Operational & Systems Support - Maintain organizational data such as CRG locations, contact lists, and shared tools. Provide administrative support for HyattConnect and for systems like ServiceNow and ensure requests are tracked and resolved. Process Improvement - Review administrative and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement improvements that enhance team productivity and simplify processes. Special Projects - Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed, often tied to strategic partnerships, HR priorities, and global programs. Demonstrates a commitment to Hyatt core values. Qualifications Experience 3+ years of professional work experience, including 1 year of Human Resources experience (preferably in a corporate environment) Education Associates degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
