Full‑Cycle Account Executive, AI Solutions (m/f/d) – Remote: Germany Apply for this role About the company Our mission is to enable companies to run the world’s most intelligent procurement –human and artificial. More than 50% of today’s procurement tasks will be automated in the next 5 years, but companies face massive data gaps, hindering their path to automation. Our Augmented Procurement Platform combines augmented guided buying and autonomous procurement operations enabling enterprise procurement to reach new heights. About the role As a Full‑Cycle Account Executive AI Solutions , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving deals from initial outreach through contract signature. This is a hands‑on sales role for someone who enjoys building pipelines, creating opportunities from scratch, and engaging directly with prospects. You will learn our product and sales methodology, develop expertise in demonstrating our platform, and work closely with Sales Engineers to navigate more technical customer discussions. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to grow into a high‑performing SaaS sales professional. Your Impact & Ownership Proactively identify, source, and engage new prospects across target markets (DACH) Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities Qualify opportunities and guide prospects through the entire sales cycle Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and business needs Learn and master Procure Ai’s product demo environment to deliver compelling product presentations Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers on technical discussions, solution design, and customer evaluations Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract finalization Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information within CRM systems Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay informed about procurement and AI market trends Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our sales processes and go‑to‑market strategy Requirements 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, entrepreneurship, or a similar growth‑focused role Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and generate business opportunities Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑starter mentality with a willingness to take ownership and work independently Curiosity and motivation to learn complex technology solutions Professional fluency in German and English. Nice to have Experience in SaaS, technology, procurement, or supply chain solutions Experience conducting product demonstrations Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies Startup or entrepreneurial experience Exposure to enterprise sales environments What Success Looks Like Consistently generating qualified sales opportunities Building a healthy and predictable sales pipeline Successfully managing deals from prospecting to signed contracts Delivering engaging product demonstrations Becoming a trusted advisor to prospective customers Contributing to Procure Ai’s growth in the DACH market Benefits A hybrid work environment from Heidelberg or Berlin. We do not offer visa support or relocation for this role. Join regular team offsites within Europe. 30 days of vacation. Up to 2 months work from anywhere (timezone‑friendly though!).
