Enterprise Account Executive - Customer Experience - Pre IPO - AI automation - 180K - 220K OTE

This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving strategic growth across the DACH region for a globally recognised AI and customer experience technology company. You will manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, owning the full commercial lifecycle from new logo acquisition through to expansion and strategic account development. The role combines complex enterprise selling with a strong AI and automation focus, giving you the opportunity to position transformative technology solutions at C-level within some of the region’s most recognisable brands. With a greenfield territory, significant autonomy, and increasing investment in the DACH market, this is an opportunity to become a key contributor in one of the fastest-growing areas of enterprise software sales. Team Structure Reporting into Enterprise Sales leadership for DACH alongside a growing regional enterprise sales team, SDRs, pre-sales, partner management, customer success, and broader EMEA solutions engineering support. Key Collaboration Enterprise leadership, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, and AI consulting stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive full-cycle enterprise sales across strategic DACH accounts Own both new business acquisition and expansion revenue opportunities Build and manage pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, partners, marketing, and events Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, legal, and technical evaluation processes Position AI and automation solutions within broader digital transformation initiatives Lead strategic customer conversations with senior enterprise stakeholders and C-level executives Manage long-term enterprise account development with a land-and-expand sales approach Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, implementation, and customer success teams to drive successful outcomes Requirements 4+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience within mid-market or enterprise sales Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Proven track record handling 6-figure enterprise deals and RFP-driven processes Strong prospecting mentality with willingness to self-generate pipeline opportunities Experience selling to senior enterprise decision-makers and C-level stakeholders Fluent in German and English communication skills Energetic, coachable, and commercially driven mindset Nice-to-Haves Experience within CX, CCaaS, CRM, automation, or AI-related software environments Exposure to enterprise transformation or automation initiatives Commission Structure Commission Structure: Flexible split depending on experience level, including uncapped accelerators and additional upside opportunities linked to strategic product revenue. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bluebird
