Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executives in each region are responsible for driving accelerated Seeq ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) by selling software and solutions to prospective and existing customers. The role collaborates closely with industry experts, Customer Success Managers, Analytics Engineers, Enablement, partner ecosystem, and broader Sales organization. Responsibilities Manage a sales territory by prioritizing, prospecting, and developing accounts to achieve ARR and new logo goals. Develop solution proposals that emphasize the core values delivered by the Seeq solution. Participate in developing, presenting, and selling Seeq’s core value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale. Own pipeline from forecasting, account resource allocation, to account strategy and planning. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third‑party influencers. Lead the team, provide direction and mentoring, and mentor others as needed. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Adopt a growth mindset and commit to continuous learning and personal development. Qualifications Experience selling enterprise SaaS with a successful sales track record. Proven ability to penetrate accounts, engage with stakeholders, and interact with VP and C‑level roles. Heavy emphasis on direct sales to manufacturing and operational technology organizations in the chemical and life sciences/pharmaceutical industries. Fluency in English is required; additional regional language skills are a strong advantage but not essential.
