Enterprise Account Executive

Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with strategic enterprise clients in Germany. You will own key enterprise accounts, develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, and execute complex deals. You will work closely with global teams to tailor solutions for the French market and help shape our enterprise strategy locally. What You’ll Do Enterprise Strategy & Execution – Own enterprise account strategy and execution in Germany, driving revenue growth and client success. Sales Leadership – Lead the full enterprise sales cycle in Germany, from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder SaaS deals. Pipeline Development – Build and maintain a strong pipeline of German enterprise opportunities. Relationship Management – Develop trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in German enterprises. Cross-functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions to German clients. Strategic Negotiations – Lead complex negotiations in German and English, ensuring successful outcomes. Market Insights – Share insights on German enterprise customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to refine our local strategy. Must Have Proven experience in enterprise sales or account leadership within Germany, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven technology. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets in large ACV deals. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English. Deep understanding of the German enterprise market, business culture, and buying processes. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Why join us?
