SodexoMAGIC is seeking a Chef Manager for Atrium Behavioral Health Davidson in Davidson, NC, a suburb of Charlotte, NC. Atrium Health-Davidson is a 66-bed Behavioral Health Care facility. Atrium Health, one of the nation’s leading and most innovative healthcare organizations , provides a full spectrum of healthcare and wellness programs throughout North and South Carolina. What You'll Do This position will have oversight of day-to-day culinary operations, program implementation, and culinary innovation. This position will have high visibility with clients and customers. The Chef Manager will support 18 frontline associates. The successful candidate will: have oversight of day-to-day operations; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment;and/or ensure Sodexo standards are met.
